Woods Cycle Country is seeking an experienced Powersports Service Technician to join our service department. This role requires strong technical skills, reliability, and a commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience. There is $2500 Sign on bonus paid out after 120 days of continuous employment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in powersports repair (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or similar) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple makes and models Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and ability to follow manager instructions and shop procedures Manufacturer certifications a plus

Responsibilities:

Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on motorcycles and powersports vehicles Communicate clearly with service managers and staff regarding job status and parts needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support the service team with additional tasks as needed Interested candidates should apply in person or submit a resume to the Woods Cycle Country service department.
