Duties Assist in diagnosing motorcycle and powersports vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and basic troubleshooting techniques Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and vehicle inspections Support more experienced technicians in repairing engines, suspensions, electrical systems, and mechanical components Use hand tools and power tools safely to assemble parts, replace components, and perform repairs Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical problems and ensure safety standards are met Help with heavy lifting of parts and equipment during repairs and maintenance tasks Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each service order Skills Basic knowledge of motorcycle operation and mechanical systems repair Familiarity with powersports engine system repair and Motorcycle diagnostics Experience with electrical diagnostics, soldering, suspension work, brake repair, and assembly processes Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and understanding automotive diagnostics principles Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and perform heavy lifting safely Dealership or service technician experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about powersports vehicles who want to develop their technical skills in a lively environment.
