Marine Outlet Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our crew. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair boats, marine engines, electrical systems, and related equipment. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting Install and service marine accessories and components Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding repairs and maintenance needs Qualifications Experience working on marine engines and boat systems preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Marine certifications are a plus but not required
