Job Description

Mid Atlantic Watersports (MAWS), one of Lake Anna's fastest-growing marine dealerships, is seeking a motivated Marine Operations & Detailing Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring our boats, facilities, and property are maintained to the highest standards while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Responsibilities Professionally clean, wash, wax, and detail boats, vehicles, and trailers to like-new condition. Assist with seasonal shrink wrapping and winterization preparation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Clean and maintain all company facilities, including offices, customer areas, shop spaces, and restrooms. Assist with moving, staging, and organizing boats throughout the property. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Experience driving a tractor to move boats is a plus but not required. Inspect boats before delivery to ensure they meet MAWS quality standards. Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers. Assist with general marina and dealership operations as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Boat license preferred, but not required. Tractor or heavy equipment experience is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Why Join Mid Atlantic Watersports? Job Type:
Full-time Schedule Monday through Friday (Some weekend work maybe required) 8-hour shift Occasional overtime or seasonal weekend work may be available Work Location In person -
Lake Anna, Virginia Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
