Our care manager stays actively involved with every case, so caregivers feel supported and clients receive consistent, high-quality care. About the Role We are looking for dependable, experienced caregivers who take pride in helping seniors feel safe, comfortable, and independent at home. If you enjoy meaningful work and want steady support from your office team, we would love to meet you. This is an immediate hire. What You Will Do Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Confidence in transferring clients and assisting clients with Fall Risk Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Support clients recovering from hospital or rehab stays or chronic disease Follow care plans and communicate changes to the care manager Maintain accurate shift notes and arrive on time for every visit Schedules include day shifts PRN opportunities available What We Offer Competitive Bi-weekly pay Support from an engaged care manager Permanent cases and PRN opportunities Paid training Caregiver recognition and incentive programs What You Bring CNA, HHA, or PCA and at least one year of caregiving experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean background check and driving record A warm personality, patience, and strong communication skills Reliability and commitment to showing up for your clients How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
