Engine Shop Assistant

Job Description:

Ramey Racing is looking for someone who's ready to work — not stand around. This is an entry-level position in a high-performance engine shop focused on engine teardown, cleaning, and prep work. You'll be working with automotive and marine engines in a fast-paced environment where production matters. If you're the type that needs constant direction or wants an easy job, this isn't it. If you're motivated, pay attention to detail, and want to learn how high-performance engines are built, you'll do well here. ⸻

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engine disassembly and teardown
• Cleaning and prepping engine components
• Keeping parts organized and labeled correctly
• Supporting engine builders with daily tasks
• Maintaining a clean and efficient work area ⸻
