Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable small engine and diesel engine mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of small engines and power equipment. Responsibilities/Duties:

Diagnose and repair small engines (2-stroke and 4-stroke) Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Order and install replacement parts Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safe working conditions. Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly Uphold a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the mechanic team. Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of small engine repair, 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines,trailers and power equipment systems (Certification a plus) Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Comfortable using a variety of shop tools, diagnostic software, and repair manuals. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple work orders efficiently. Ability to work independently and as par of a team

Credentials and Experience:

Prior experience as a Service Mechanic, Equipment Technician, or similar role preferred. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in small engine repair or related field Forklift operation experience is a plus
