New Lisbon, WI V2 Boat Center is a growing, family-oriented dealership and authorized retailer for Regency, Tracker Boats, Sun Tracker, Bennington, Nitro, Kawasaki powersports , and more. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our boating and powersports community. We're expanding our service department and looking for a motivated Marine Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a dynamic team. Whether you're an experienced marine tech or a mechanically inclined individual ready to learn, we're willing to invest in the right person.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair all types of marine engines (outboards, I/Os, and inboards) Perform service, rigging, and repairs on boats and yachts Troubleshoot and install electrical systems including bilge pumps, charging systems, steering, and accessories Handle multiple work orders efficiently while maintaining accurate digital documentation Work closely with the Service Manager and General Manager to keep our customers on the water

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and general understanding of 2-stroke/4-stroke engines, electrical diagnostics, and shop processes High attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments Clean driving record Positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided for the right candidate) Why Join V2 Boat Center?
