Benefits include : Hands on and On-Line Training Opportunities Team work to get customers and vehicles taken care of Shop Lunches Performance Based, Seasonal & Signing Bonus Paid Time off Health & Dental Insurance 401K with employer match Direct Deposit available Responsibilities & Qualifications As a Midas Tire service technician, you'll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of Tire related services, including: Experienced in mounting and balancing passenger and light-truck tires Strong knowledge of TPMS systems , including sensor diagnosis, replacement, and relearn procedures Ability to properly inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns Experience with tire rotations, repairs, and flat repairs Able to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail Reliable, hardworking, and a team player Valid driver's license
