Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring safety standards are met. Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and tire rotations to optimize vehicle performance. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs. Diagnose automotive issues using basic automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Assist customers with tire selection, explaining service options clearly and professionally to support sales opportunities. Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels during service procedures. Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized shop environment. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in automotive service. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on vehicles or handling tires. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail during inspections and diagnostics.

Pay:

$12.00 - $17.50 per hour
