Worley's Tire is looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. Experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
• Install tires on cars, trucks, SUVs, and light-duty vehicles
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Safely operate tire-changing, balancing, and shop equipment
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow all shop safety procedures
• Assist other team members as needed Qualifications
• Must be dependable and show up to work on time
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Mechanical or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
