Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX Green located in Heber Springs, AR, for a Full-Time Dental Lab Technician (Baseplate/Bite Rim). The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Do you love working with your hands? Position:
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist. Make baseplates and place wax rim. Use rim former to melt wax to specific length and shape. Place bite blocks on cast partial frameworks. Will make custom impression trays. Maintain a clean work area and clean instruments on a regular basis. All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity Detail oriented
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Preferred:
High school diploma or GED equivalent No experience required
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Small machinery
Hand-pieces Chemicals Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time High School or Equivalent or better.
