Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- change large commercial tires by hand and with accompanying tire changing equipment.
- must be able to take on call which includes after hours mobile service calls at night and on weekends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tire technician role required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tire systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to tire service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks must hold a current valid drivers license.
