West Side of Phoenix, AZ Compensation:

Our team is dedicated, professional, and committed to getting the job done right the first time. Due to increased demand, we are looking to add an experienced Tire Technician to our team. We Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience . The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities- Mounting, balancing, and repairing tires (passenger, light truck, and SUV)
- Performing tire rotations and inspections
- Diagnosing tire wear issues and recommending solutions
- Assisting with basic automotive services (brakes, alignments is a plus)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of tire technician experience
- Strong knowledge of tire equipment and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- ASE certification is a plus (not required) What We Offer
