Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, specializing in tire services and minor mechanical repairs. Your mechanical skills and passion for automotive care will ensure vehicles are operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on various vehicle types with precision and care Perform standard vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes. Conduct minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, suspension checks. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tire service and vehicle maintenance procedures Assist customers by explaining repair needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used fluids and tires according to safety standards Perform vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs and ensure all work meets quality standards Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire services and vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive diagnostics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment for repairs and maintenance Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle components Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures including oil changes and fluid top-offs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
