Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Tire Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars, light trucks, OTR, Ag, and fleet work. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify tire-related issues Assist customers with tire selections, explain service procedures, and provide excellent customer service experiences Support heavy lifting tasks required for tire installation and removal while maintaining safety standards Roadside, yard service calls, and deliveries Stacking, moving, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned in shop After-hours on call for emergency services Requirements Prior experience in tire installation required Mechanical knowledge is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installation or mechanical repairs Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients Basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures including minor mechanical repairs and tire servicing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
