Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and care to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct wheel alignments and perform suspension inspections to maintain proper vehicle handling. Assist with oil changes, brake inspections, and other routine maintenance services to keep vehicles running smoothly. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for tire mounting, dismounting, and related repairs. Diagnose automotive issues related to tires or suspension systems using automotive diagnostics tools. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, recommending services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols during all maintenance activities. Requirements Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with industry standards. Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools. Experience performing tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair. Ability to perform wheel alignments and assist with general automotive service tasks like oil changes. Customer service skills that foster trust and positive interactions with clients. Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment regularly; comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
