Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently and safely using hand tools and power tools. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic mechanical repairs. Conduct wheel alignments and minor mechanical repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and support more experienced technicians in troubleshooting. Handle heavy lifting of tires and vehicle parts safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about vehicle maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, organize tools and equipment, and ensure all safety standards are met during daily operations.
