This energetic role involves providing prompt, expert tire service and minor mechanical repairs directly at roadside locations or customer sites. Your skills and customer service excellence will ensure drivers get back on the road quickly, minimizing downtime and maximizing safety. This job is performance and percentage based. Duties Perform tire replacements, repairs, and rotations on commercial trucks and trailers at roadside or customer locations. Conduct minor mechanical repairs, valve stems, and patches Use hand tools, power tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with drivers, explaining repairs needed, and ensuring satisfaction. Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to meet safety standards while maintaining productivity and TIA standards. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and vehicle details for each job.
