Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Installer, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road. This energetic position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, from passenger cars to light trucks. Responsibilities Remove and install tires on standard passenger cars and light trucks using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Perform tire repairs, including patching and sealing punctures, ensuring quality workmanship Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to optimize vehicle performance and safety Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues related to tires or vehicle suspension systems Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to handle tires and wheels of various sizes Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending appropriate tire solutions Skills Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance procedures Ability to perform tire service including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair Knowledge of alignment procedures and minor mechanical vehicle repairs Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Physical strength for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during work shifts Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
