In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and diagnostics, with a focus on tire maintenance and repair. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision. Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and vehicle performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire services. Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and other routine services as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Lift heavy tires and equipment as required for service tasks. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. Experience Previous experience in tire service or automotive service is preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices is highly desirable.
