Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify tire-related issues or other mechanical problems Inspect tires for wear, damage, or irregularities; recommend replacements or repairs as needed Assist customers with tire sales, explaining services and product options to enhance their experience Maintain accurate records of all tire services performed and ensure proper disposal of old tires in compliance with environmental standards Support overall vehicle maintenance tasks to ensure customer vehicles are safe and reliable Loading tires to be recycled Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive diagnostics techniques Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment effectively Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Prior service technician experience is highly desirable; familiarity with sales processes is a plus Mechanical aptitude combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care!
