Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to support our Mounted Wheel Program, serving commercial and trucking customers. This role focuses on mounting, dismounting, inspecting and handling large commercial tires and wheels for fleet customers. It is a hands-on, fast-paced position that plays a critical role in keeping our customers' vehicles safely on the road. This is a physically demanding position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active throughout the day and being part of a team-oriented shop environment. Responsibilities Mounting and dismounting commercial truck tires and wheels Handling, lifting and moving heavy wheels and tire assemblies throughout the shop Using scanners and shop systems to track mounted tires and wheel assemblies Accurately recording tire information, serial numbers and work completed Assisting sales and service staff by answering questions related to tires mounted, quantities and specifications Inspecting tires and wheels for damage or irregularities and reporting concerns Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area Following all safety procedures and company policies Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift, push and maneuver heavy commercial tires and wheels repeatedly throughout the day Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a shop environment with noise, dirt, and varying temperatures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused setting
