In this role, you will be responsible for applying durable, high-quality spray-in bed liners to a variety of trucks and vehicles, enhancing their protection and appearance. Duties Prepare vehicle beds by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal surface adhesion for spray-in liners Operate spraying equipment and power tools to apply bed liner coatings evenly and efficiently Use hand tools and buffing equipment to smooth surfaces and achieve a professional finish Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as inspecting auto glass, checking for dents or rust, and ensuring overall vehicle readiness Follow safety protocols during all procedures, including heavy lifting and handling of chemicals or equipment Assist with detailing and touch-up work to ensure a flawless final appearance for each vehicle Skills Field experience or auto body repair background preferred Strong mechanical knowledge Attention to detail Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and auto painting techniques Experience with spraying systems used in bed liner applications preferred Knowledge of auto glass replacement, auto estimating, and vehicle maintenance practices Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about work performed Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair processes Mechanic experience or familiarity with auto painting, detailing, and auto body finishing techniques Join us if you're ready to bring your automotive skills to the next level!
