Enjoy working independently while still having the support of an experienced service team behind you More about the role: Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings and weekends for emergency road service. Rotation frequency will be discussed during the interview. What You'll Do as a Commercial Tire Technician -

Road Service:

Service Work Install, repair, rotate, balance, and replace commercial truck and heavy equipment tires Perform roadside tire service for commercial customers Conduct fleet tire inspections Recommend repairs and preventative maintenance

Customer Service:

Respond quickly to emergency road service calls Communicate with customers professionally Complete service documentation

Equipment:

Operate and maintain an assigned service truck Safely operate tire equipment and shop tools Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

What We're Looking For:

2 years minimum commercial and/or agriculture tire experience CDL is a plus At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent Positive attitude and the ability to relate well with other team members and customers Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling If you're ready to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work, invests in its people, and keeps America moving, we'd love to meet you.
