What You'll Do As a Suspension & Alignment Technician, you will play a key role in vehicle safety, ride quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, and alignment systems Perform precision wheel alignments using state-of-the-art equipment Inspect shocks, struts, ball joints, tie rods, control arms, bushings, and steering components Identify uneven tire wear and drivability concerns Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related services Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and teammates Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership safety standards Maintain accurate repair documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who combines technical skill with professionalism and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a suspension, steering, or alignment technician Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of alignment systems and tire wear analysis ASE certifications are a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Whether you're an experienced technician or someone ready to grow into a specialized role, we're interested in talking with motivated individuals who want a long-term career.
