Tire Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire services, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and performing heavy lifting. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and efficiency. Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Conduct vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and alignment checks. Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and other vehicle components. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve overall operations. Qualifications Experience in tire service or automotive service is preferred. Proficient in the use of power tools related to tire installation and repair. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, including alignment and oil changes. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform automotive diagnostics. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license is preferred.
