Parker's Auto Service is looking for a dependable, motivated Tire & Lube Technician to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who already has basic automotive knowledge and experience and wants the opportunity to continue learning and advance their career. The right person should be comfortable performing basic maintenance, tires, and light automotive work while also helping our technicians and keeping the shop clean and organized. Responsibilities Oil and filter changes Tire mounting and balancing Tire rotations and flat repairs Basic maintenance services Battery replacements Wiper and bulb replacement Assist technicians with repairs and other jobs Move vehicles in and out of the shop Help technicians with parts, tools, and other tasks as needed Keep shop floors, bays, equipment, and common areas clean Maintain a clean and organized work environment Properly torque wheels and follow shop safety procedures This is a team position. In addition to working on vehicles, you will be expected to help keep the shop clean and assist our technicians throughout the day. As your skills develop, there will be opportunities to take on more repairs and advance within the company. Qualifications Previous automotive experience required Experience performing oil changes, tires, and basic maintenance preferred Basic automotive knowledge Valid driver's license Dependable and on time Strong work ethic Willing to help wherever needed Able to work in a fast-paced repair shop Willing to learn from experienced technicians Takes pride in doing the job correctly Team-player attitude Why Work at Parker's Auto?
