Temp-to-Perm Savvy Staffing is seeking a reliable Chamber Worker for a manufacturing facility in Millbury, MA! This is a hands-on position in a tire retreading environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, handling heavy tires, and working in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Load prepared tires into curing chambers after buffing and tread application Operate and monitor chamber controls Set and monitor temperature, pressure, and curing times Monitor curing cycles to ensure tires meet quality standards Remove cured tires from the chamber and move them to the next stage of production Perform visual inspections and other quality checks as needed Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep the work area clean and organized Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle heavy tires, often 50+ lbs. Ability to stand and work for extended periods Comfortable working in a hot, noisy, and industrial manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and equipment settings Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Previous manufacturing, tire, warehouse, or production experience is helpful but not required

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
