Conduct vehicle inspections to identify tire wear patterns and other mechanical issues requiring attention. Assist with alignment services to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity. Execute automotive fluid replacements such as oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks. Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to carry out minor mechanical repairs and maintenance. Support automotive service operations by performing vehicle maintenance tasks including brake checks and fluid top-offs. Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service and basic mechanical work. Strong mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive diagnostics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment effectively. Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, alignment procedures, and minor mechanical repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks consistently. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices, including tire installation, rotation, balancing, and general automotive repair techniques.
