Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Changer/Oil Change Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire and oil change services, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and reliably, contributing to a positive service experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct oil changes, including draining, replacing filters, and adding fluids according to manufacturer specifications Assist with wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity Diagnose basic automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services Use mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and belt replacements Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with hands-on work in tire service, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical systems is essential Experience in automotive service or as a service technician is advantageous Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including alignment and tire services Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire replacements or other maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to explaining services and addressing customer needs Join our team if you're eager to develop your automotive skills in a fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a real difference!
