Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will drive success! Duties Remove and replace tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure proper fit and safety standards. Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; perform repairs or recommend replacements as needed. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as wheel alignments, balancing, and brake inspections to support overall auto service quality. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and assist with auto body repair or restoration projects when necessary. Lift heavy tires and automotive components safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury. Maintain a clean, organized work area; document service activities accurately in customer records. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent auto service experiences that keep customers coming back. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or tire service preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment essential for tire installation and repairs. Experience in vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, or auto restoration is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire changes or vehicle servicing. Strong understanding of automotive service procedures and safety standards. Mechanic experience or relevant technical training is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to work effectively within a team environment. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
