The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks performed. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and basic automotive repairs with precision and care. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance / safety inspections. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Assist in diagnostics to identify potential issues related to tires and service. Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely. Proficient in using hand tools related to tire service and vehicle maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and management. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
