What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee brake repair and general automotive services Manage workflow and assist alongside other skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality work and outstanding customer service Diagnose and recommend necessary repairs, ensuring customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready Train and develop team members to maximize their skills and performance Drive store profitability through efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in brakes and automotive repair management Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach Technical expertise in brake systems, suspension, and general vehicle maintenance Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills ASE Certification (a plus but not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go
