We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire & Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with tires and wheel alignments, works efficiently, takes care of customers' vehicles, and understands that keeping the shop clean and organized is part of the job. Responsibilities Mount, dismount, and balance tires Perform tire rotations and flat repairs Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments Properly operate alignment equipment Diagnose alignment issues such as pulling, uneven tire wear, and off-center steering wheels Inspect steering and suspension components before performing alignments Install and service TPMS sensors when needed Safely lift and lower vehicles Properly torque wheels and follow shop safety procedures Take extra care when working with aftermarket, custom, and expensive wheels Keep tire machines, alignment equipment, lifts, and tools clean and organized When tire/alignment work is slow, employees are expected to clean, organize, stock, and help maintain the shop Organize tires and wheels and keep inventory areas neat Sweep floors, empty trash, clean work areas, and perform general shop cleanup Assist other technicians when needed Requirements Tire shop or automotive experience preferred Alignment experience strongly preferred Knowledge of camber, caster, and toe Ability to work independently Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Able to lift tires/wheels and perform physical work throughout the day Must be willing to clean and organize during downtime Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team •

Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
