The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on tire services. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through tire installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for our clients. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care Conduct wheel alignments and ensure proper tire pressure Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Diagnose automotive issues related to tires and provide appropriate solutions Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety Assist customers with inquiries related to tire services and vehicle maintenance Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Skills Dealership experience is preferred but not required Strong automotive repair knowledge, including mechanics and diagnostics Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire service Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices, including alignments Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations Sales experience is a plus for promoting additional services or products Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively Join us in delivering top-notch tire services while ensuring the safety of our customers' vehicles.
