Responsibilities Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and efficiency Conduct routine oil changes and automotive fluid replacements to maintain vehicle performance Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, belt replacements, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and service tasks according to manufacturer specifications Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and report findings for further inspection if needed Support wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and semi trucks is essential Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair techniques required Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures and tire service is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment confidently Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or vehicle maintenance tasks.
