Duties Perform tire installation, repair, rotation, balancing, and replacement with precision and care Conduct wheel alignments using specialized equipment to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Assist with basic mechanical repairs such as oil changes, fluid replacements, brake inspections, and minor mechanical fixes Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols Diagnose automotive issues through visual inspections and diagnostic tools to identify necessary repairs or adjustments Support vehicle maintenance routines including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and mechanical inspections Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, recommending maintenance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs Familiarity with standard passenger cars' operation and maintenance requirements Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire mounting or vehicle repairs Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures such as oil changes and coolant flushes Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic understanding of alignment procedures and minor mechanical vehicle repairs Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger vehicles is desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
