In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for performing wheel alignments, diagnosing vehicle systems, and ensuring optimal performance for a wide range of vehicles. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service, keeping vehicles running smoothly and safely on the road. Responsibilities Conduct precise wheel alignments using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and alignment equipment to meet manufacturer specifics. Interpret automotive electrical systems and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues efficiently. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform mechanical repairs, engine repairs, and heavy lifting tasks safely. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections of suspension, steering, braking systems, and other vehicle systems to ensure optimal operation. Apply knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to calibrate sensors and ensure proper functioning after repairs or alignments. Maintain detailed records of all diagnostic procedures, repairs performed, and parts used while providing excellent customer service throughout the process. Requirements Proven collision shop experience or extensive mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and the ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams accurately. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication. Valid certification in automotive repair or technician training preferred; ongoing training encouraged to stay current with industry advancements.
