Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Tire Press Technician. In this role, you will work both on and offsite in a company provided mobile service truck and or industrial press trailer focusing on replacing, inspecting, repairing, properly mounting/dismounting, and pressing of all industrial products. Responsibilities may include installation of Industrial (Press-On/Resilient/Pneumatic), Construction (Radial/Solid), OTR (Radial/Solid), and occasionally Commercial Tires.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record

Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards

1+ years experience in a similar role

DOT Medical Certification

Commercial and OTR TIA Certification (required after six months of employment)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the proper and safe handling of customer equipment according to OSHA Standards

Mount/dismount various sizes/types of industrial tires, utilizing a Hydraulic 200 Ton Press Machine

Conduct Commercial, OTR, Agriculture, and Forestry service work, as needed

Perform different tire repairs with plugs and plug patch combos

May be required to travel 75% of the time geographically to customer and company locations

Skills and Abilities:

Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment

Excellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detail

Follow safety protocols and company policies

Ability to work a rotating, on call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts

Pass background check and drug screen
