Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for mounting, balancing, and repairing tires for various vehicles.
Duties:
- Mounting and dismounting tires on cars, trucks, and other vehicles
- Balancing tires to ensure proper weight distribution
- Repairing punctures and minor tire damage
- Performing tire rotations to promote even tread wear
- Assisting with inventory management of tires and related supplies
Skills:
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
- Experience with tire sales and service preferred
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics
- Mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform oil changes as needed
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service center
