Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire services to our customers while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure high-quality service. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and educating customers on tire maintenance and safety. Assist in the sales of tires and related products, promoting additional services when appropriate. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Engage in heavy lifting as required when handling tires and related equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in using hand tools relevant to tire installation and repair tasks. Comfortable using swing arm and tilt back tire machines. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory. Able to work well under pressure.
