Full Job Description Tire Pressman Salary:
$37k-$40k per year We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded, mechanically inclined Tire Pressman to join our team. Previous tire-industry experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person. We value dependability, good judgment, professionalism, safety awareness, and willingness to learn more than prior tire experience. Responsibilities Operate tire-pressing and related equipment safely and according to established procedures. Handle, position, mount/demount, and process tires and materials. Safely operate a company vehicle as required for the position. Follow work instructions and changing production priorities accurately. Inspect work and identify and report problems or abnormalities. Promptly communicate equipment issues, safety concerns, delays, or incomplete work. Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Qualifications Must be mechanically inclined. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage multiple priorities. Good judgment and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed. Coachable and receptive to training and feedback. Ability to work independently and remain productive without constant supervision. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, lifting and handling tires/materials, and repetitive physical work. Preferred, Not Required Tire mounting/demounting or other tire-industry experience. Forklift experience. Manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or production experience. Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery. Experience is a plus, but reliability, mechanical aptitude, safety, good judgment, and willingness to learn matter most.
