This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform tire replacements, repairs, rotations, and balancing on commercial trucks efficiently and accurately Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires, wheels, and suspension systems Use hand tools and power tools to remove, install, and service tires and related components Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and general mechanical repairs Inspect trucks for mechanical issues that could affect tire performance or safety Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients Assist with heavy lifting and manual tasks required for tire installation and removal in a safe manner Requirements Dealership or automotive repair experience preferred; previous mechanic experience is highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment Knowledge of tire service procedures including mounting, balancing, and alignment techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods in various weather conditions Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Prior service technician experience in the automotive or trucking industry is a plus Join us as a Commercial Trucks Tire Tech and accelerate your career by working on heavy-duty vehicles that keep commerce moving!
