Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires, alignment, and minor mechanical problems Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic mechanical repairs Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tire service and other mechanical repairs Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing excellent service, and answering questions about vehicle maintenance Handle heavy lifting of tires and vehicle components safely while adhering to safety protocols Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and light trucks Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement procedures, and basic mechanical repairs Familiarity with tire service equipment, alignment tools, hand tools, and power tools Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of automotive maintenance standards including oil changes and vehicle inspections Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier automotive care!
