Vogue Tyre and Rubber Company - Tire Technician Position Reporting To - Custom Center Manager Summary/Objective The Tire Technician plays an essential role in supporting Custom Center operations by performing shop labor, including tire and wheel installation, accessory installation, and pre-equipping vehicles with Vogue products. This role also manages inventory at the location to ensure it is organized, secure, and readily available to support sales and service operations. In certain locations, Tire Technicians may also assist with invoicing. Essential Functions

• Mount and balance tire and wheel packages with precision and care.
• Install Vogue products and accessories, including wheels, appearance accessories, and other custom equipment.
• Assist with invoicing responsibilities in certain locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards in all shop activities.
• Manage daily inventory, ensuring products are properly tracked, stored, and secured.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and reporting as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a tire technician, automotive service technician, or related role preferred.
• Experience with tire mounting, balancing, and accessory installation strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license. Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of tire and wheel installation, balancing, and related shop practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift and move heavy tires and equipment.
• Good organizational skills for managing inventory.
• Basic computer or invoicing system skills a plus.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions
• Shop/garage environment with physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to tools, equipment, and automotive products.
• May require occasional overtime or weekend hours depending on business needs.

Job Types:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
