Responsibilities Remove and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and safety standards Conduct minor mechanical repairs related to tire installation, such as fixing flat tires Operate standard passenger car equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and basic automotive diagnostics Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement techniques Experience performing tire service, alignment, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during installation and maintenance tasks Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive skills in a lively environment dedicated to quality service.
