As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high safety standards in all tasks performed. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Conduct vehicle maintenance checks, including oil changes and other routine services. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Diagnose tire-related issues and provide effective solutions to customers. Assist in heavy lifting of tires and equipment as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations based on vehicle needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in tire service or vehicle maintenance preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
