Available Benefits Help for . We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Alignment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and correcting steering, suspension, and wheel alignment issues on a variety of vehicles. The position requires a combination of precision technical skills and general mechanical knowledge to ensure customer vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform wheel alignments in shops or in field using modern computerized alignment equipment (e.g., Hunter or Beeline systems) to adjust camber, caster, toe, and thrust angles to OEM specifications. Diagnose, repair, and replace worn suspension and steering components, including struts, shocks, ball joints, tie rods, and bushings. Test drive vehicles before and after service to ensure proper alignment and repair quality. Document all services, repairs, and parts used accurately on repair orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an alignment technician preferred. Strong understanding of steering and suspension systems, as well as general repair knowledge. High school diploma or GED equivalent. ASE Certifications are highly preferred. Valid drivers license with a clean record. Ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have basic hand tools.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills to explain issues to customers and service advisors. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high precision. Problem-solving abilities to handle complex suspension repairs.
