This is a physically active role that requires the use of manual tire mounting tools and repetitive handling of tires and wheels. Previous tire mounting or similar hands-on experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical work may also be considered. Job Duties Clean and prepare tires and wheels prior to mounting Apply tire mounting lubricant to the appropriate areas of the tire and wheel Position tires properly onto wheels Use tire irons, pry bars, and other tire mounting tools to manually mount tires onto wheels Ensure tires are properly seated and positioned on the wheel Inspect tires and wheels for visible damage or defects Move, roll, lift, and position tires and wheels throughout the work area Maintain an organized and clean workstation Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment Follow established procedures and all workplace safety requirements Perform other production or shop duties as assigned Qualifications Tire mounting, automotive, mechanical, production, or similar experience preferred Comfortable using tire irons, pry bars, and other hand tools Mechanically inclined and comfortable performing hands-on work Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work safely Ability to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Employees must be able to:

Regularly lift, move, roll, and position tires and wheels Stand for extended periods Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and twist Use upper-body strength to manually mount tires using tire irons or similar tools Perform repetitive movements throughout the workday Work in a non-temperature controlled shop, warehouse, or production environment Starting Pay $15/hourly (pay increase upon conversion to permanent employee with the client company) Schedule M-F 9am-5pm (Schedule subject to change after conversion, 5am-5pm and 6am-6pm shifts are common, heavy OT is offered to permanent employees).
